The staff was very friendly and accomodating. An extra child's bed was provided. The hotel itself is new, clean and offers free parking. Probably a good choice for business travellers.

Breakfast is expensive for the quality offered. The hotel is rather far from the old city centre (3 km); a car is necessary to get there. The hotel had problems accepting a VISA card although the same card was used elsewhere in Romania without problems. No minibar or safe in the room.

Neat and air-conditioned rooms come equipped with a laptop safe, minibar, and central heating, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of town, and downtown. The staff were empathic and pleasant all the time.

well designed, confort, luxury, very good hotel. it was very very clean. the tv was shocking good, big lcd. internet was ok. generally everything was ok with this hotel. i suggest to everyone.

This place has a great central location, close to restaurants, the town center, shopping areas, and bus stops. the best part was the freshly made food! the staff were all friendly and helpful. 😊.

i loved the choice of materials & colours used for sheets, furniture,wall paper, bathroom pieces, entry hall/ reception. i loved the pattern of the pillows, a bit less the 'crocodile pattern' of the couches. breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and everything was fresh. of course, the jacuzzi was the best part :-) price is really good too, also room service is fast and food is excellent!

not really but for room 115, the bathroom door closed on its own (we had to prop a towel under it so it would stay open)? if this is how it should be then no need to worry.

This place is tidy with staff that is quick to respond to any needs.

Very comfortable room. Very nice and modern. We had the executive room and the jacuzzi was fantastic. We didn't try the restaurant but there is a big supermarket and a fast food place near by, so it's a good location if you have a car. The private parking is also a nice plus.

Nothing really. Maybe the absence of a mini-bar or kettle.

This place has a perfect and comfy spot for what we needed-just a short stroll to the center and a big bus stop nearby. Our executive king room had all the essentials we wanted. 😊.

Great value for its price, very clean rooms, polite staff, good food at the restaurant. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
